Woke up aching all over and thought I'd over done the windsurfing. Did some stretching and went out on the Skate/Disco 5.9 but just stuck to what I knew. Still felt bad but went out after lunch and did a few Vulcan attempts but my heart wasn't in it. Turns out I've got gastric flu.
